I have never used your products before; can I have some samples to try before committing?
We will be happy to send you some samples to try, within reason; you will also receive technical info and selected marketing materials.

I cannot see prices on the website; how can I see those?
Simply contact us to receive a copy of our latest prices by email or post.

What do I need to become your customer?
We only supply the trade business (hairdressers and beauty therapists, mobile hairdressers, hair and beauty salons, hairdressing schools, pharmacies, specialised retail outlets, hair and beauty cash and carry, pound lines retail outlets
and distributors); you can call 0800 9545340 or e-mail to place your order.


How do I order?
You can phone 0800 9545340 (Mon to Sat 9am to 8pm) or e-mail; then you can specify what products you would like, using the code each product has, and the required quantities.

Can I order on-line?
Until further notice you can only order by phone or email.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value requirement as long as you pay for the shipping costs; in order to get free delivery you need to spend min £75 + VAT.


Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over UK and ROI; depending on the brand ordered, we can deliver all over the World.

How much are shipping costs?
There is a charge of £6.95 + VAT per parcel up to 30 kgs (Mainland UK only); for all other destinations please contact us.

How long does delivery take?
Inside Mainland UK parcels will arrive 2 working days after the order is received and paid for; outside Mainland UK please allow 1 working day extra. For pallet deliveries 2 working days inside Mainland UK and 4 working days outside
(excluding export orders).

What if I can only receive orders on certain days?
We will try to accommodate your enquiry and will advise if there is a surcharge to pay to the courier.


How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card over the phone (no surcharge will be added), by cheque (goods will be posted when
the cheque is clear) or by BACS.

What if some of the items are out of stock?
In such circumstances you will know about this in real time, so you will pay only for what stock is available.

What is your return goods policy?
You can return goods to us, but you have got 14 days from the day you receive the goods to do so (no question asked) and you need to pay for the postage, unless it is a faulty item (in which case postage costs are on us).

Do you do any offers?
How do they work? We provide various offers and discounts throughout the year by direct mail, email shots and through the app.
